Whether you purchased a new phone, a new iPad, or had to reset your device, you'll need to restore from a backup to access your previous information. We want to make sure your SudoApp comes back to you!
We are currently working on a few bugs associated with restoring SudoApp from an iCloud backup or unencrypted iTunes backup.
Please create an ENCRYPTED ITUNES BACKUP
to avoid any issues with your SudoApp account.
Additionally, it's always a best practice to create a Recovery Password in SudoApp settings and have a backup in place. Why?
